The SKB Practice

Established in 2020, our practice has grown into a team of biokineticists united by a passion for clinical excellence, movement and meaningful outcomes.

Our experience spans a diverse range of rehabilitation and performance needs, with particular strengths in chronic pain, complex orthopaedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, maternal care, return to sport and athletic development.

Our Wynberg practice offers a high-end clinical environment with an extensive range of performance gym equipment, allowing us to work seamlessly from rehabilitation through to strength and performance.

We also value collaborative care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to support complex cases and deliver well-rounded, individualised rehabilitation.
